The container body is made from food-grade SUS 304 stainless steel and finished with a smooth ceramic coating. The coating creates a refined, easy-to-clean surface while offering an attractive alternative to conventional plastic food containers.

Tested at 250°C for 30 Minutes

The ceramic-coated stainless steel container has been tested in an oven at 250°C for 30 minutes. After heating, the tested container was placed into cold water to evaluate the adhesion and stability of the coating under rapid temperature change.

After testing, the coating remained firmly bonded to the stainless steel surface, with no peeling or detachment observed.

This demanding test demonstrates the coating’s reliable adhesion and its ability to withstand significant temperature changes.

Oven and thermal-shock test results apply to the tested ceramic-coated stainless steel container body. Always remove the lid unless its oven compatibility has been separately confirmed.

110 cm Steel-Ball Impact Test

To evaluate coating durability, a steel ball was dropped from a height of 110 cm onto the tested ceramic-coated surface.

Following the impact test:

• The coating remained firmly attached
• No coating peeling was observed
• The stainless steel body maintained its protective finish
• The ceramic layer demonstrated strong adhesion and impact resistance

This provides additional confidence for transportation, daily handling and long-term use.

Food-Grade SUS 304 Stainless Steel

The container body is manufactured from food-grade SUS 304 stainless steel, selected for its corrosion resistance, durability and suitability for food-contact applications.

Unlike ordinary plastic lids that may become scratched, cloudy or deformed over time, the lunch box uses a 4 mm thick tempered glass lid.

The transparent lid allows users to see the food inside without opening the container, making meal organization faster and more convenient.
